Chico is in the Manhattan shelter in New York City, awaiting a safe and loving forever home. Chico is also blind, but he does pretty well getting around by using his other senses.
Chico is 2 years old, and is a complete love bug. He loves being petted and giving kisses. Chico clearly needs to get out of the shelter and into a great home as soon as possible, so I ask you to share this post far and wide!
