Dogs {and cats} may be spooked by people in costumes, and by all the commotion of trick-or-treaters coming to your door. Be sure to secure your pets in an area of your home that is safe and quiet. Giving them the run of the house when you’ve got people coming in and out is not only unsafe for the pet, but for your visitors as well.
