This pretty girl is Sedona, and she’s currently waiting at the Humane Society for Hamilton County, in Noblesville, Indiana, for a forever home of her own.
Sedona is a terrier/hound mix who arrived at the shelter as a stray in August 2012. Because she was already spayed, it’s believed she was someone’s pet at one time, but no one has come to claim her.
Sedona is a sweet girl, quiet and well-mannered, friendly, social, and playful. She loves to be loved, and doesn’t mind being hugged and cuddled. She also loves toys!
Sedona doesn’t care for other dogs, but she doesn’t mind cats. She’d also do well in a home with kids age 8 and older.
Sedona is a tall girl, weighing in at 77 pounds. She’s had some skin issues, which are under control now that she’s taking medication and living in the stress-free environment of a foster home.
Anyone interested in meeting Sedona should contact the Foster Coordinators at 317.774.1263. Her adoption fee is $90, and adopters must be 21 or older.
